数年前、青森高校で、だいたい皆知っていたうわさがあった。このうわさは入学の二ヶ月後で始めた。誰（だれ）から始めたか誰も知らない。ただ、皆さんはそのうわさのことを信じていたそうだった。今も信じているらしい。

このうわさの中心（ちゅうしん）で、女の田中瑞季（たなかみずき）と男の竹橋一郎（たけはしいちろう）がいた。二人はそのうわさの始めた前、両方（りょうほう）の存在（そんざい）が知らなかった。どうしてこのうわさが始めたか誰にも知らない。そして、どうやってこのうわさが始めたか誰にも知らない。
